Bedü provides safe, well managed temporary and supported accommodation across London. Since 1999, we have been a first step on many people’s journeys to secure, longer term accommodation, something that matters to us and to the boroughs we work with.
All our hostels hold a Grade A rating under the Commissioning Alliance’s Setting the Standard (StS) framework and our management system is ISO 9001 certified.

We work alongside local authorities and specialist organisations such as St Mungo’s and Providence Row, coordinating day to day support for the benefit of our residents.
We have also built more than 300 award-winning homes across London, delivering developments marketed exclusively to first-time buyers.

Our accommodation is simple, warm and clean, designed for privacy and dignity. Most rooms have compact en suite facilities and a kitchenette. Where facilities are shared, each room has its own handwash basin and fridge. All our buildings have a 24/7 reception desk. Daily cleaning and on site maintenance. Subsidised meals and laundry. Free WiFi and complimentary breakfast.

We have exceptional staff retention, providing our residents with a consistent, well managed service.
Our 24/7 reception desk is at the centre of our service and a reassuring point of contact for residents, boroughs and support agencies. Our staff are approachable and present, offering informal chats and practical help so the accommodation feels homely. We carry out daily presence checks and regular welfare checks, noticing changes early and escalating concerns through clear safeguarding routes.
Our aim is simple. Help people stabilise, feel safe and make progress towards longer term housing. Support is shaped around the people living in each building and agreed with referrers. It may be delivered by our own team on site or by a specialist provider working alongside us.

In our most recent ISO resident satisfaction survey, 81% of respondents were satisfied or very satisfied, 11% were neutral, and 8% were dissatisfied or very dissatisfied. We review feedback, invest in training and update procedures so our service continues to meet the needs of residents and local authorities.
